Welcome to Stress Free Mode!

Entering a state of stress free, everyday, even if only for a few minutes, allows our body, mind, emotions and spirit to pause and reach stillness. These are the prerequisites to finding balance to repair, regenerate and revitalise ourselves, reaching the ideal state for  homeostasis.

Getting the good habit to practice regular relaxation, meditation and intentional healing activities, such as Qi Gong, Yoga or receiving a treatment, not only will probably stretch our life span, but it will also increase our ability to enjoy more the things we do, coping better to any life's daily occurrences and challenges.

Holistic and Complementary therapies aid body, mind and spirit to be in total connection one another, while reaching a deep state of calmness and well-being.

It is important to remember that when receiving healing therapies it is fundamental to be present and participate to the healing process. Letting go of tension for example will make easier to move away those painful knots on the back or the headache that was present before starting a session.

Setting our mind on a stress free mode during a session of either meditation or any type of healing modality we select, will allow our wholeness to consciously merge together, making it easier to reach our aim and achieve a positive result.
